Whitney has spent more than 25 years in the hospitality, development and gaming industries, spanning Las Vegas, Miami and The Bahamas.   Over the past seven years with More, Whitney’s responsibilities have included land acquisition and corporate strategy, finance, legal, and hand in hand collaboration with the team on the multiple facets of the development of a company and its projects.


Much of Whitney’s work has been devoted to start up and growth stage enterprises, and she relishes taking on work that leads to them blossoming into successful businesses.

Prior to joining More, Whitney was the EVP & General Counsel of Baha Mar, a $3.5 billion integrated casino resort under construction in Nassau, the Bahamas. Her previous roles include executive positions at CG Technologies, L.P., Fontainebleau Resorts and Mandalay Resort Group. She started her professional career as a mergers and acquisitions analyst at Lazard Freres and spent time in private law practice.

Throughout her career, Whitney has had the opportunity to play an instrumental role in the expansion and operation of the hospitality and gaming industries, as well as the sophistication of their technological growth. She has enjoyed positive relationships with government officials and regulators in many jurisdictions.

She is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Tulane Law School.
