Justin McDonald
Senior Vice President of Accounting
Justin is responsible for the overall management and oversight of More Development’s accounting department. This includes responsibility for the general accounting functions as well as financial reporting; internal controls and audits; and tax and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining More Development, Justin’s career started at the Big Four accounting firm of Ernst & Young (EY) in Nassau, Bahamas. At EY Justin worked as an audit staff, senior and manager in the company’s audit and assurance department planning, executing, and completing audits for various clients with specialization in the financial services, health care, and hospitality sectors. Justin then spent the next 15 years working in various roles at a family-owner financial services office in the Bahamas. As the SVP of Finance, Justin was responsible for the group’s overall budgeting and forecasting; financial reporting; internal controls and audits; and tax and regulatory compliance.
Justin graduated from Acadia University in Nova Scotia, Canada with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Justin is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Licensed Public Accountant in the Bahamas.
